How LimeOS and its publisher ProSuite OOD collect, use and protect your personal data.
This policy applies to the lime-os.app website and its account area. The data you place in your own LimeOS applications is governed by our terms of service and the data processing agreement they contain: for that data, you are the controller and ProSuite OOD is your processor.

ProSuite OOD, Ul. Galileo Galilei No. 20, 1113 Sofia, Bulgaria (VAT BG204878015). Contact: contact@prosuite.technology.
Your LimeOS account: your email address, the one-time sign-in code we send you (valid for 30 minutes, five attempts at most), your session token (valid for 30 days), your role and the dates the account was created and last used. No password is requested or stored.
The ProSuite directory: when your account is created, your address is registered there, or linked to the account that already exists there; your first name, last name and identifier are then read.
The website uses neither audience measurement nor advertising.
This processing is based on the performance of the contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and on our legitimate interest in protecting accounts against fraudulent access.
Only the ProSuite team in charge of the service and its technical providers:
Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.
Benin is not covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission: access by ProSuite Africa is governed by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the Commission, a copy of which you can obtain by writing to us. No other transfer takes place outside the European Union.
A sign-in code: 30 minutes. A session: 30 days, or until you sign out. Your account: as long as it exists; you can ask for its deletion at any time. Data linked to a contract is then kept for the period required by accounting and legal obligations.
You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its processing, or ask for its restriction or portability. The simplest way is to use the form below: your request goes straight into our register, and we answer it within one month. You can also write to contact@prosuite.technology.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country: the CNIL in France, the Commission for Personal Data Protection in Bulgaria.
ProSuite OOD has not appointed a data protection officer: the appointment is not mandatory for our activity. Any question about your data can be sent to the same address.
